Marcela's rating is way too high. Next time her team loses, she's gone. Marcela works her butt off. But she hasn't shown any ability to step out and lead these people. I can't wait to see what happens when she becomes PM.

i believe marcela is going to win this because she has been the most hardworking so far from matchstick.
