Adam tried his hardest, was not annoying, and was actually (in my opinion) a spectacular leader, and that is all I can say. He tried to take some heavy criticism, and always defended himself. Should have been there in the top 4 forgetting the fact that he could sometimes be a bit wimpy.

He showed much potential through out his time on the show, but he was just too inexperienced to make it to the finale. He kind of reminded me of Andy from the Season 2, another intelligent, young candidate who lacked the requisite guile and seasoning to make it to the end. He was hurt quite a bit by having Alla on his team. She was the one who suggested the "Sex in the Workplace" topic in the Learning Annex task that nearly got him fired and she failed to question his very questionable choice of using carriages on the Shania Twain task, which did lead to his firing.

I think Adam is a bit over sensitive. It is not uncommon for people to mishear something. However, was Adam so niave as to think that telling Trump that Clay called him a "tight ass Jew" wasn't going to have some type of affect? To be labeled an "anti-semite" is pretty serious in today's society. Once that label gets stuck to someone, whether it is true or not, it is very difficult to get rid of. Adam had already asked Clay about his remark prior to the boardroom. If Adam was satisfied with Clay's apology he shouldn't have brought it up in the boardroom. I question Adam's motives for making Clay's remark a boardroom issue.

Update: Too shy and way too uptight. Although Clay was extremely wrong by saying those comments about Adam. I can easily say that he was right though.

Naw. This dude is too geeky. He does not come off as tough enough. I don't see it.

Adam clearly is a very smart, likeable guy, and he connects well with his team members and other folks. Whether he's got the stuff to lead this group is another thing. We'll see.

He seems to have the brains to potentially go far in this competition. He needs to get over that 'I am number one' mentality, but since he is so young, I am sure, given time, he will.
