Alla got what she deserved when she was fired. She just deserved it a lot sooner.  Being aggressive doesn't make you a success, because she's an overly aggressive, insensitive, sick bitch and proved in the end why she should never have been hired.

Veeerrry cold-hearted and hard to get along with. She was EXTREMELY critical too. Alla really should have not been in the final 2.

Alla chewed up the Apprentice scenery like the stereotypical James Bond Baltic-state villainess that she was. Her mail-order-bride ambition was so obvious as to be rediculous. Let's face it, folks, Alla was kept on for as long as she was for the same reasons that Burnett forced Martha Stewart to retain that ass-clown Jim on her show up through the final 3.

With a very checkered past (do a google search to discover her former career as a stripper and association with a murderer), it's surprising she made it on to the show in the first place. In fact, Trump fired Ivanna on the 2nd season partially because he said he would not have a stripper working for him. Also, if Alla had enough money to purchase a hotel when she was 19, why did she have to become a stripper in the first place? I found her to be exceptionally conniving, controlling, and annoying though out the show. She should have been held more accountable on a number of tasks for which she was given a get out the boardroom free card (after all she was the one who suggested Adam talk about sex in the Learning Annex task and she failed to reign him in on the Shania Twain task). I think she really revealed her true colors when she totally trashed Rebecca at the finale. She may be the most dislikable candidate of the entire show.

Too ruthless and unforgiving. It's true that you have to fight for your life, but you can always do it with grace. And also, don't be a control freak. True leaders lead by example and not with their mouths.

In this woman's difficult life, she has achieved more than than most people ever will. Of course, Alla is a despicable bitch for being abrasive, but all of her haters are completely justified in calling her "Russian Trash" and blaming her for "indirectly causing" a psychopath to murder two people. At the finale, Alla was not jealous of Rebecca's competence (Rebecca would have to HAVE competence for that concept to even be plausibe.) Alla was just pissed off because she got screwed out of an opportunity she justly deserved. Rebecca had no business being in the final two, and Alla was the only one with enough balls to say so.

I am tempted to go on Wikipedia, make an entry for "BEYOTCH," and paste Alla's picture. She's a sociopath. Pity the dude who shacks up with her.

She's crushed my belief in humanity. She lacks the fear of God and Karma which bothers me because it's not as if she hasn't already had a major brush with K in the parking lot with her former patriot. She uses people and then treats them like dirt. There is something scizzo about this tart. She is either really sweet or really eeeeeevil. It's best to have a balance, but that won't get her into shock radio/tv show at the level of Jerry Springfield or Howard Stern. She is startlingly beautiful I have to admit. However, not so smart if she really needs to succeed well in life. It's one thing being absurdly harsh for tv ratings, but quite another getting through life without fear of being murdered.

Why can I not give her a zero? Alla is the definition of unprofessional, spiteful, and bitch.

She's tough, but then you'd have to be if you indirectly lead to the brutal deat of two people.

I'm sorry, but I don't favor anyone who acts mean-spirited just to make oneself feel better.

Alla was great entertainment. I definately wouldn't work to work for her. But, she seems smart determined and definately worth having lunch with.

Alla, you lost. Get over it. Your bitterness and jealousy showed through loud and clear.

I was absolutely infuriated by Alla's comments towards Rebecca last night. I thought she was bitter, rude, and all around stuck up. The way she kept yelling and shaking her head in the background when Trump offered to hire Rebecca as well. What arrogance.

All during the show I thought Alla and Randal were the top two competitors. But then came the final four when she performed very badly toward Felicia, both during their task and in the board room. I was glad to see Trump fire her that night. She repeated the same type of behavior on last night's final episode. I think she probably would have a problem working with women and also in any situation where she was not in complete control.

Alla is a horrid bitch, and should be taken to the top of trump tower, and pushed off the building!

She's an evil woman with no redeeming qualities. She's got a lot of bad karma coming her way in the future.

I respected how Alla acted while she was still a competitor on the show, but during the final episode she really seemed bitter about Rachel being in the final. She claimed to be speaking the truth, and I think she is entitled to her opinion, but I think she was off base and came off as catty.

I think, if one should look closely and analyze more, Alla is really Randall's toughest competitor, not Rebecca. For one, Rebecca hasn't won one single event and has consistently lost in all her events which reflects somehow what kind of a leader she is. Alla was fired because she was unruly (even if she brings results each time!), but I bet Trump was quite similar to her all throughout his life that's why he became a successful entrepreneur. Trump needed a reason to fire her to prevent hiring a very strong candidate with a questionable past/background. So much for someone who's known to have vision and not be afraid of anything or anyone! Trump just lowered his notch with my impression of him.

She was fired to make room for Randall. Randall is well qualified and he's black, and that's what's important. Randall has done a great job, but he's no match for Alla. Trump needs some "diversity" to keep everyone happy.

A despicable human being and a novelty at best in business. I would not deal with her in any arena for any purpose.

Exactly which persona is she trying to portray? Russian immigrant that's pulled her self through the ranks; fresh off the stripper pole and soon to be dancing topless on the boardroom table,or successful business person. Because I haven't seen enough of any of them to see much potential.

She really nailed that whole golfing thing. I was very impressed how she had to wing it and did a good job. Never really noticed her before but I am a big fan now.

Pretty much showed in the Dick's Sporting Goods task why she'll be Top 5 material, she won't win but I think she's in for the long run.

Anybody Googled Alla? Apparently she was a stripper in a previous life and the objet' d'affection of an obsessive customer who subsequently killed some people and is now on death row in Oregon. I don't think Trump is going to hire anybody with that much baggage. I'm not defending Alla. I'm ambivalent about her. I find Kristi to be the biggest backstabber on the team. Too early to tell on this one. She seems to be quite accomplished in her business career, unless the bio info is heavily exaggerated. She clearly has drive and guts and has been actively involved as a team member. She hasn't been PM yet. Let's see how that goes. She could piss everybody off.

Although Alla has a few more brain cells than her colleagues in the brainless blonde clique (she was the one who recommended not having the DQ logo), beneath all the exterior, she is an insincere person, who wields her influence unjustly. She is also two-faced and a backstabber, whose true colours are ultimately being shown. While she has no hope of becoming the Apprentice, in life, people like her will ultimately come undone and suffer for the way they are.
