I can't believe this guy! He is such an arrogant, spoiled, obnoxious, childish, immature brat! "My way or no way." Good riddance!

Clay is an arrogant 30 year-old baby. He could not work with ONE person in the competition and blamed everything on other contestants. He was just dead weight.

How did Clay think he was going to win this contest using the abrasive approach that he used? He deliberatly made the decision that he was not going to work with his teammates and even viewed them as the enemy. He reminds me of some of my employees that that swear that they are management material but they cannot get along with their coworkers. Like Clay they talk bad about their peers and allow meaningless disagreements to get personal. How could he believe he could be the next Apprentice acting the way he did? That was not leadership, it was plain foolishness and a waste of a candidate slot that could have went to someone else. Word to Apprentice wannabees, if you are going to deliberately make a decision to not display the qualities needed to get the job don't waste a perfectly good application form.

Clay was combative and difficult to work with through out his time on the show. Additionally, he was very vindictive toward his fellow candidates and appeared to be immature and childish. I could not ever imagine him working for Trump or even having a prayer to complete the final task.

Childish!

I don't like candidates who continue to hold grudges against other candidates. It's all about business, not personal. It is totally pathetic that Clay failed to understand that.

Clay scares me. I honestly don't think it has anything to do with the fact that he's a homosexual. I wouldn't have even guessed unless he would've said something. But his comments towards Adam in that one challenge were innapropriate, even if they were meant as a joke.

Clay is hot!
CindyBH 11/15/2005
Ya, creative at being vindictive. Clay is toast, make that jewish toast.

UPDATE: Clay is by far the most creative mind in the whole group, but he continues to piss people off and I still say he won't last. He's clearly got the creative thing going, and the Dairy Queen victory earned him a bye in the next task. But he's too high-wire, and the team was ready to tear out his throat if they lost the DQ task. He won't last.

I want clay to win he is very good in the way he knows what he wants. and hes v good looking (if that counts for anything) hes handled the group harsh but fair when he was pm, i think he has what t takes though some of the comments in the class were a bit ott.

I think Clay is a good candidate. Unfortunately he tends to have Napoleonic tendencies when it comes to managing. He may have been a bit over the top in the last assignment but I think his intentions were good. His "tight-assed" comment about Adam (meant to refer to Adam's admitted shyness about sex) unfortunately came right after Adam's comment about having to pay for dinner. Adam interpreted that as a commentary on "tight-fisted" Jews. A misunderstanding. Hopefully his brush with firing will inspire him to tone it down a bit.

He is openly gay, but he's also a complete dictator when it comes to leading tasks. However he did do well in the sales portion of the last episode very well.

I did not care for the way he was managing his team and the style he used to do so. He was rude to team members, and had an "I want to win attitude so everything is going to be MY way". He demonstrated this when he flat out refused the jingle the team had prepared on the Dairy Queen episode.
