Rebecca was fantastic. Although I think in the end Randall deserved to win, she was the closest second there could've been. I hope Alla and Felicia get some serious bad karma for running her down from their childish envy .

Rebecca was BRILLIANT and as soon as Trump had offered for TWO "apprenti" and Randal said "no" than HE should have been FIRED and SHE should have been chosen. She was smart, talented and courageous! I wish I knew what she was up to and hope ALL THINGS are going WELL for her! If Trump has any sense, he hured her anyway for some other position. GOOD LUCK REBECCA - The TRUE Apprentice!

I like her but, Randal just blew her out of the water in every way it counts.

Randall was both right and wrong in what he did. I have no problem with him not wanting to share hte spotlight for winning the show. It is a tough process to go through it each week and come out on top. But he should have made it clear that although he felt that he was chosen as the Apprentice, and thus, that night should have been his night, he also thought that Trump would be smart in hiring Rebecca. (Let's face it, if Trump truly wants her, she will get hired anyway.) He could have said something like "Mr. Trump, I think Rebecca would make a fine addition to your organization. However as far as The Apprentice goes, since you picked me, I feel this should be my night to celebrate. Therefore, if I were you, I would set up a meeting with Rebecca for next week to discuss future employment plans." Had he done this, he would have gotten the night to himself, and still looked gracious.

She is ranked, in my list, of one of the most calssiest people I have ever seen. She is the real winner and Trump knows it.

Rebecca was obviously the best candidate of all of them due to her values and principles in life, as well as her skills and strong convictions. She was 100% honest, a virtue we saw probably in Adam. There is no comparison for example, between the last females contestants like Alla or Felicia : just sadness. She deserved to win more than anybody else even than Randal.

I liked Rebecca as a person and believe she has a bright future, but let us not forget she would have lost the last task. She did not raise a single dime for the charity. I will admit the execs sort of tied her hands but the knot was not that tight. She could have scheduled a time to make an honorable mention of the charity, passed the backpacks out and directed everyone to the pamplet (the envelope would have fell out)and had donation buckets stationed at strategic areas like the bar, one the way upstairs, by the door on the way out, ect. Just giving them backpacks on the way out was a major mistake. She also seemed indecisive at times. Randal had to encourage her to fire that actor for the advertising task which he took over and they won that task. And how can you be so loyal to someone that you just met? Just because she stuck by you when you were injured. She has got some growing to do. Toral does have some executive qualities, but not in leading because she rubs people the wrong way, makes no point to get along with others, and is a liar. I believe she is the type of person that would stab you in the back when the chance presented itself, so therefore I don't think she would have been as loyal to Rebecca as Rebecca was to her. Rebecca and Toral sounded like Stepford wives at the end. I believe they said Mr. Trump at the start of every sentence, in between every prepositional phrase, and just before each period. ...'MR. TRUMP'. By now, I'm sure he knows who he is. Randal, on the other hand, was liked and respected by all and that is something that no other apprentice candidate this season or previous seasons can say they had. He did make the mistake of putting the wrong call letters on that radio advertisement, but his outstanding performances in previous tasks keep him from being fired. Even George and Carol were impressed by him, and obviously,-- 'MR. TRUMP'. Randal also preserved the Apprentice show by not letting there be two 'apprenti'. What kind of effect would that have had on the show? Would we have three winners next season to top that? No, he made a strategic, executive decision and added a new word to the dictionary at the same time. 'Apprenti', I love it!

Why should Randall have to share a title when no one else before him had to? Because it would have given you a warm fuzzy inside? lol please. none of y'all would have cared one way or the other had the opposite happened. Maybe a "too bad, so sad" and not another word would be said. and lol at y'all gettin mad cause Randall fought to win and put Rebecca in her place during the final boardroom. What did you want him to do, lay out the red carpet for her? This is a copmetition, don't be mad. He wasn't when she did it to him during that radio station challenge. Randall: Rebecca writes about businesses, I run them. *classic!*

America is a free enterprise system. We have not come as far as we have but for a competitive drive to succeed and excel. That's what has made us the superpower of the world. Are we always right? No. Does the world community always agree? No. Our way of doing business is deeply rooted. It's the survival of the fittest. The best win. Mr. Trump determined that Randal was the best. Anyone who is willing to review and interpret the facts will agree. Rebecca lost. She's a great contender and will go far in life. But the apprenticeship did not belong to her. Who in the American way of business is asked to help his competitor? To 'pull them up' by your bootstraps? It's contrary to the root of our society. I say, enjoy the way things are. It distinguishes us as individuals and rewards those who dare to push their way through..those who work the hardest and acheive results. As a woman, I say to Rebecca, "Live is full of losses as well as victories. Get up. Dust yourself off. Go get em." And to Randall I say, "Way to go. You've proven yourself." Mr. Trump himself could say no less.

I watched the final apprentice like everyone else and was not too surprised to find out what a loser Randal is. I mean, come on.... he would not recommend to hire Rebecca after Trump asked him what about it? When Randal said no, he just seemed to be a big loser. But then again look at Trump, is obviously made a big mistake asking old Randal if he would have hired Rebecca. In my estimation Trump is a loser for even asking in the first place! On balance Rebecca is far too smart to be working with these guys. She can and will do much better on her own. Good luck with your new apprentice Trump!

To be perfectly honest, I like her from the very beginning. She is having great attitude. Yes, even at the end when Mr. Trumph asked if how Randal and Rebecca thought about each other, Rebecca did say she respect Randal so much etc etc. But Randal just started to fire on her, he was extremely eager and prearing to say anything so that he could grab hold of the apprentice. To me it was not himself, he was overwhelmed by fighting for the position (greediness) rather than his real person. But Rebecca was quite consistent throughout. Respect her so much. Guess that Mr. Trumph wanted to hire her as well. But she was just unlucky that Randal was indeed a tough opponent. Hope that she'll be invited to go to Trumph Org.soon.

Give Rebecca another ten years and then, can you imagine what kind of dazzling ability this woman will have by then? Hard to imagine. Randall wouldn't be in the same league. He certainly isn't now. Randall just doesn't have the street smarts obviously.

Rebecca was a very classy competitor, and her attitude was always pleasant.

I think Randall royally screwed Rebecca. She would have hired him. She gave him nothing but credit on everything. He in my mind, just was being an A**. And "The Donald" should have seen that and hired her anyway. That, I believe, was his intention by asking which project they would each choose to run. Randall, just did her wrong!!!!!

FRUSTRATING FINALE! Rebecca would have given Randall the opportunity if the tables had been turned...I agree that it seemed Trump was prepared to hire both, but then he goofed by giving Randall the choice and Randall flopped. After that, Trump just conceded - he could have hired Rebecca anyway, regardless of what Randall said - he IS the boss,right? Or did the network have a hand in this...what was Trump REALLY thinking??? ...she deserves better anyway. She should be working for a man with more character than Trump.

I was very impressed by her perseverance and leadership though out the tasks. I think she became better as the show went toward the final. As to the question on whether she would have hired Randal if she had been in his situation on the finale, I think she would have as her loyalty to her colleagues was apparent on several tasks. Also, I think she was a far better finalist than either Tana or Jennifer M of the previous two seasons. It's a shame Trump couldn't have decided on his own to also have given her a position in the company. Instead, Randal ended up looking like a villain and Rebecca was left out in the cold.

Rebecca definitely deserved to win the Apprentice. I think Mr. Trump intended to hire both, and decided to hire Randal first because he knew Rebecca wouldn't mind coming in second. It was shocking to me when Randal denied Rebecca this job. His decision not only gained him nothing, but he has also lost my respect for him. Rebecca is an AMAZING 23 year old, and I think she is by far the most mature candidate during this round. I know she will do MANY great things in the future, and I know Rebecca is not the type of person to dwell on this minor defeat. The world is hers to gain. She is the REAL star.

Though Randall had upteen degrees, was a Rhodes scholar, older, a self made business man, all that paled next to Becky's graciousness, intelligence, and wisdom. I think that's what outraged Randall. He had such an attitude of entitlement that he'd dare not share the winning circle with a very young, seemingly younger individual.

Rebecca was amazing throughout the entire process, but she didn't show her real stuff until the finale when she showed her real class even after taking a massive blow to the face. She exhibited more maturity than any of the other candidates... most who were a decade older than her, and some were twice her age.

Rebecca, I picked you and Randal from the beginning. I supported both of you. Randal's comments have only alienated him from half of his fans. He now has millions of enemies accross the U.S. and the world, whereas, if he had been less selfish, would have had millions of fans. You appeared as the winner, and maintained your dignity and grace. (you did overblow your broken ankle a bit- I had a broken leg and played football on it). Good luck to you. Barry

I agree without a doubt that Rebecca was good (not spectacular). My question to Rebecca is if she was picked as the apprentice, would she have agreed to hire Randall? I think not...and the reason being, angel Rebecca showed her true colors earlier in the show by stabbing her best friend Toral right where it hurts. I know she would have done the same thing for Randall. Rebecca will be successful in life but she is no angel!

If Randall was a thinking man, he would have reliazed that he would receive a lot more press overall if he would have told Trump to hire Rebecca. Let's face it, we are all getting a little bored with the reality TV game, and are not that fascinated with the winners any more. Had Randall, said "Yes Mr. Trump, hire Rebecca, and let her excellence keep me motivated", they both would have received way more air time on NBC, and perhaps other daytime talk shows. Not looking at the Big picture Randall - big mistake...BIG.

I agree with RabidDingo - I think Rebecca is already successful and will continue to be successful - no matter what. I also hope she moves on to bigger and better things than Mr. Trump - if that is what she wants to do. Rebecca is certainly a class act all the way and I believe what Randal did to her will come back on him. I really hate two-faced back-stabbers!

I was sooo disappointed when Randall told that there will only be one apprentice. Rebecca was given the chance to be part of Mr. Trump's team but Randall was too selfish on taking the position as Mr. Trump's apprentice. Rebecca will surely succeed in the future. WHo know, she might end up as one of the high ranking people in the goverment. =)

I have a great deal of respect for this candidate because of the way she handled herself on the show. I hope she moves on to better things than Trump.

I was so dissapoointed and sorry fro Rebecca after Trump dangled the other job in front of her face and she got shot down by Randal. I think that Randal and Rebecca together would've been a force to be reckoned with. Rebecca has shown that she can overcome her ankle and somewhat inexperience with pure passion and integrity. I wonder what she would've responded if Trump had hired her and asked if he should hire Randal?

Randal showed a side of himself he had hidden from the start. He had to promote himself talking negatively about Rebecca. Then when he had a chance to be generous and do what most people in the live audience and I believe most of the viewers he proved to be most selfish. Rebecca was and is a class act. She is mature, intelligent, loyal, creative, and so hard working she would run through a brick wall for Trump. He made a big mistake by not doing what he knew in his heart he should do that is hire both of them. He nvever should have given Randal the chance to show his most selfish side. I hope Trump will realize his mistake and hire Rebecca. She would be a great addition to his organization. You could tell both George and Carolyn thought she should be hired as well.

I would like to add that Rebecca characterized Randall right on the money, he may have all that education but he did not apply it to this day. Him been hired by Trump to remodel Taj Mahal, well you do not need to be a "road scholar" to do that. The only reason DT hired him because Randal was kissing his butt. That the only one thing got him hired. For not checking the weather he should be FIRED!!! not hired. Everything happens for better. Rebecca is much bigger than Trump organization anyway, she is just "huuuge" as DT would say ;-) I think, she is better off, not wasting the whole year at construction site in NJ. I am thinking, yesterday, we may seeing on TV the future....first female president of the USA! yap she is in that level person. Building a condos in NJ...she has greater things to do, I am sure.

Randall showed his true colors. He just didn't want to share the limelight. I can't help but think DT expected Randall to say "hire" her, because he told randall that "you lead through niceness" .... what niceness? That move to hog the glory for himsself was all selfish.

Unless I hear that Donald changed his mind and did hire Rebecca or that Rebecca got an even better job than with Trump, I am not watching any Apprentice ever again. I'm serious. Trump set up the best ending possible, and gave it to Randall, and right when Randall acts defensive, Trump is just like "OK." For that brief second, he gave her hope again, just to take it away. I'm calling on all to stop watching any apprentice show until this injustice is rectified.

I was shocked when Randal turn Rebecca down, knowing how good, effecient and loyal she is. Randal you might have won the job but lost respect of lot of people due to your act. Randal too did some very stupid mistakes like taking every1 to shopping when Mark had important meeting and sitting in the room when Mark was working on ground alone and most stupid one was ignoring weather report. Rebecca on the other hand managed her team very well, don't forget later on Yahoo donated 100,000$ and both charities were benefited. I feel sorry for Mr.Trump for taking Randal's word and making a stupid mistake by not hiring Rebecca.

Fund-raising is a long term project, so it remains to be seen which apprentice candidate raised more money for their charity. From my perspective, Rebecca was more poised under pressure than Randal, and in general made better choices. Let's not forget Randal's err that contributed to her loss as PM on the XM radio challenge. If Rebecca had been chosen as Trump's first choice, I believe she would have supported Randal's hiring as a 2nd apprentice and been willing to share the limelight. Randal showed a lack of class in his final act on the show, and I hope Rebecca will have greater opportunities presented as a result. She was inspiring.

She sucked. Trump kept her on the show so she would not sue him after she fell on the ice and broke her leg. PS. Her eyebrowes are retarded. She looks like she stole the jokers eyebrows and put them on crooked. LOL. Randal earned over $11,000 on his charity. BOBO Rebecca earned $0!! Remember the the show when Trump fired 4 people and he said it was the worst lose in Apprentice history?? REBEECA topped that by getting shut out 11,000 to NOTHING. Rebeeca should of been fired by the 5th show.

Trump totally missed the ball on this one. I really thought he made a good decision by hiring Randal, however hiring both Randal & Rebecca would have been a great decision and one that would be totally different, like NBC is always promising in their commercials. However, not only has Randal now lost all of my respect, I think Trump is a fool for letting him make this decision. Rebecca would have made an excellent Apprentice.

I had a feeling during the whole final episode that Trump was going to hire both finalists. It seemed that he had a whole lot of respect for how Rebecca handled herself, but knew that he couldn't pass up Randal's combination of education, success, and leadership. I'm sure Trump won't completely dismiss Rebecca, and that she will go on to do great things. I was surprised to learn that she was just 23 years old. To do what she has done already at such a young age shows that she is an extremely ambitious person. Rebecca will achieve a lot of her goals with her personal drive and ability to remain calm under pressure.

I think Rebecca should have been the apprentice and after Randall was hired, Donald should have hired her also. I can't believe Randall would be so opposed to it. We need nice people in great places.

It was extremely appaling to me that Donald would allow Randal to decide whether or not to hire Rebecca. Randal showed his true colors at the end by only trying to praise himself. Everything Randal said about respecting Rebecca was completely fake. It seems as though arrogance holds more depth than loyalty in the business world...

i can't believe that she didn't get hired!! I was sure she was going to be and I think Trump made a mistake of asking Randal. I didn't think his (Randal's) ego was so fragile :) :( There were two jobs for two good people. Randal lost my respect when he shot Rebecca down. Nonetheless, she will be a great success - no doubt about that!

I think Rebecca is just awesome!! She's smart, honest, hardworking,a good leader and an equally good team player. I am so glad she is one of the final two! Wouldn't it be great if Trump did the right thing for once and hire them both? Throughout the season, both she and Randal were the stars of the interview process. You gotta love the irony: Randal was distracted by the death of his grandmother, while Rebecca was recovering from a broken ankle; and yet, both of them made it to the top. Brava Rebecca!

UPDATE: Rebecca is obviously very good and very smart, but I think she'll be overtaken by more experienced competition. Rebecca is very good, but she's already pissed off the rest of her team by suggesting they're a bunch of lightweights. The team just booted Toral, even though she had nothing to do with the branding fiasco in the Dairy Queen task. Next time they lose, I expect them to go after Rebecca. (This is even though the trailers for the next episode suggest that Jennifer M. might be on her way out for being unable to pronounce the name of a movie.) I also disagree that Randal is a shoe-in, or even the men's frontrunner, for the job as Trump's apprentice. He's going to have to prove he can sell on the street to go deep on The Apprentice, and he hasn't shown that yet. Matter of fact, he looked kind of lost when the other guys were selling during the fitness class task. Understandably, he was distracted by the death of his grandmother, but he has much to prove yet.

Strong Candidate, Has continued to carry on even with a broken ankle, she has refused to let that hamper her. She also knows when to stop alliances with people who are dragging the team down (as evidenced by Toral)

She ain't that amazing but Trump has an affinity to her. You can tell by the way he interacts with her. He is very forgiving. She has a good chance of winning.

She is a very smart. She has a kind heart and wise decision for his job. First, she was safe Toral because she belives that Toral is a good ability, but she knock out Toral due to the fact that Toral is not appropriate for the app..Moreover, she defended for Toral stroungly and her decision making.

I want this girl in MY COMPANY. Rebecca is really the business - she's smart, intelligent, articulate, hard-working and I've fallen in love with her. This competition was basically between Randal and Rebecca, and they met head-to-head in the previous task, which basically decided the competition for me. Although the guys had the better event, the final feedback results were 8.1 against 7.9, so she only just lost against him. It would be interesting to know whether would have been different if she did not have her ankle injury. Her only way to beat Randal now is to try and stand up as project manager next time Randal takes the helm on the opposing team. P.S. My advice to you is that I am quite sure you will single-handedly get rid of Felisha, Alla & Kristi, so don't worry about them. Just concentrate on Randal - YOU GOTTA GET BACK & BEAT HIM 'COS HE DA MAN !!!

I LOVE Rebecca. I just think she has intelligence and class. In the episode tonight, she managed to speak in such a way that maintained her integrity and didn't sell out her best friend on the team who was a total deadweight. She even suggested her termination despite the fact that this would leave her friendless on the team and possibly make her look ridiculous for holding onto Toral after she stepped up to be PM last time. She's got my vote.
