One problem-

Isn't this how we all rationalize speeding? (Being serious- not trying to be sarcastic.)

I could be swayed to push this to a higher 'dumb' ranking. . .

I'm going to have to remember this one if I ever get another speeding ticket. "I wasn't speeding, I just wasn't obeying the speed limit."
