Tony Shillitoe is easily one of Australia's best fantasy and adolescent fiction authors.

His works are epic, character-driven, incredibly original, engaging and satisfying. Stand-outs are 'Blood' (from 'The Ashuak Chronicles' triology), 'The Amber Legacy' (from his 'Dreaming in Amber' tetralogy), and his stand-alone novel, 'The Last Wizard'.

Tony has twice been shortlisted for the Aurealis Best Fantasy Novel award and continues to prove himself a master of his craft.

I eagerly anticipate books three and four of his 'Dreaming in Amber' tetralogy -- 'Prisoner of Fate' and 'The Demon Horsemen' (due in June 2007 and January 2008, respectively).
