In college, freshman year, I went in the cafeteria for an early lunch. There was no one there but 3 girls at one table, and I knew none of them. I could sit by myself, or join them.
I joined them, and just introduced myself, and talked about where I was from, and asked about them. One was a stunner, and she wa local to where I was from. Did not ask her out. But next time I saw her on campus, she said hi, first. I was a known guy who she was comfortable with.
Make that step. Ask if she'd like to go out sometime. Don't force an immediate decision. Find something fun to do, then ask about joining you for it. If turned down, do it anyway. Don't push it, you'll come across like a stalker.
Just be interested, and interesting. Like the song says, "Girls just want to have fun!"
When they like you more later, you'll really have fun !
