I'm with Irish, Yankees in 5. They have established that every game consists of 9 full innings, for them. If Gordon and Rivera are on, the game is only 7 innings for their opponent and 3 Yankee starters (Johnson, Chacon and Mussina) will probably make it into the 7th. If so, it's lights out. POST SERIES UPDATE: Great series, great win for the Angels, devastatingly tough loss for the Yankees but the big bats (has anyone seen or heard from A-Rod?) fell silent in clutch situation after clutch situation. Big changes in store for next year. Yankee fans (and most baseball fans) have yet another reason to call for umpire reform after the dismal series-long performance of Joe West, again making a controversial name for himself as an activist ump. It's not that tough to just anonymously apply the rules of the game. How close is this series with a different crew chief, one who isn't trying to be famous? Anybody remember Ken Kaiser?

Yankees in 5, but I think this is the closest of the series and the pinstriped ogres may have all they can handle and more in the Angels.

Angels in 4. I think that the Yankees' starting rotation will not be up to par with what the Angels will throw at them. I also think that the Angels are the most complete team out there.
