Break ups hurt. But they wouldn't if there wasn't a whole lot of good you got to live before hand. There is some good with the bad. It just sucks when they wont give back your Ricky Martin CD's

okay I have not been in that many serious relationships..In fact just one that lasted 2 years. and damn after we broke up I basically shut down..how in hell do people that get in and out of long term relationships do this all the time?
