I had to deal with that for a short time. When are resident jedi, Numbah, joined the Marines, I only got to see him once in a while, when he was on leave. It really sucked when he got sent to Japan. Thankfully, he is back, out of the Corp, so now we just need to call and figure out something to do.

My best friend is not only a fantastic person, but he is also my brother, confidant, advisor, teacher, and inspiration. It may sound extreme to some of you, but he is perhaps the biggest blessing I ever was gifted with, that is excluding my mom.

One of my best guy friends moved to the Dominican Republic for a year, and it was hard, but I know he's coming back, so it's okay.

Well, I've moved away from my best friend. Yeah, it sucks. If we (my husband and I) were still there, we'd be helping him fix up his new house right now. I would wake up on the weekends and think "hey, maybe we'll call him up and hang out tonight", and realize that that's not gonna happen. It's happening less now. Yeah, it sucks, but it's not the worst thing on the list by a long shot. I know he's doing okay, and that he's financially secure. That's what matters.
