In response to Lix's question.
Spandex was invented in 1986 by Richard 'Sweating to the Oldies' Simmons. Simmons later went on to develop greater things such as 'Deal-a-Meal.'

Who the hell invented this? This is crazy.. spandex pants, shorts, shirts, ugh. Okay, if you're working out and it's comfortable, maybe.. but you'd better have the body of a god/goddess, otherwise don't insult my retina's with having to skim over wiggling, jiggling blubber held back in fabric that makes a person look like an overstuffed sausage.

This is almost as ugly and tacky as one could get. Doesn't look good on anyone -- fat, skinny, or in-between.

I have said this elsewhere - regardless who you are, spandex is not usually that flattering on anyone.

After 30, we all need a little spandex in our jeans

Should be illegal for use as a clothing material.

Not many people look good in spandex and they are very unbecoming.

spandex pants and shorts are very unbecoming. i do though have some very nice tops that are only a small percentage spandex. i like the feel of the tops and the comfort and flexibilty of them.

Usually a bad idea. If you're even a little too big or a little too skinny, this one's not going to work. Better off avoiding this.
