As a fashion statement, it's probably low. But for pragmatism I will assume they are fine footwear for marching, shooting, and distracting the enemy.

UPDATE: I understand that most who wear these have no right to since they never did squat for their country and most of the fashion applications of things military have dreadful results, but I still like combat boots...
