They hooked me in and then told me my # was non-portable causing me to pay 2 phone bills and a disconnection fee buried in their term and agreements. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service.

This service is the worst. Anytime I made a phone call the person on the other end complained they couldn't understand me. Forget using a speakerphone with this service. I signed up, had terrible service and ended up having to pay an extra disconnect fee!!
