While they continue to accept new subscriptions for this Voip service, there are glitches/bugs in their billing system that can block your ability to make outgoing calls, including those to 911. When inquiries are made, you are told that the only option is to cancel your service (and notify everyone of your new number,etc.) They are totally useless in resolving the problem. The only customer service is during initial signup for new service. Retaining customers is a low priority. Very sad.
