Vonics should do everyone a favor and fold. Disrupted service, junk quality, no customer service. It doesn't get any worse than this.

Numerous dropped calls...calls abruptly cutting off in mid-conversation...VONICS box causes internet disconnects couple of times a day.....customer service is useless on telephone...their email customer service provides useless solutions.....they really rip you off when you try to leave, charging three or four different previously undisclosed fees adding to over $100

I just want to say that Vonics is a good Company...
