A little unimaginative, in my opinion. Better than Marmaduke or Scooby, if you plan to name the hound after a cartoon.

nice name for a dog. we had a Snoopy when i was growing up. Charlie Brown's dog made this name very popular. that is probably the bad part is the name is over used. other than that a good name.

Don't name it to a dog if the dog's body color isn't white. Wouldn't match up too well. Other than that, "Snoopy" is a pretty cute name for a dog. A gentle name.

I like the name, but I sense that it's used far too often (at least for that particular breed). Maybe only the original, should stick with the name.
