To be honest I'm not always motivated to work out,but once I start I get into it,and then I feel great afterwards.Exercise really helps emotionally as well as physically.

It feels good to lose weight. The feeling of loose pants is a mix; it feels good because you lost weight but it feels uncomfortable because the pants are baggy and loose.

I would love to exercise more. Exercising can be very boring but the results make you feel really good. There is just something magical about exercise. I can see why some people have a syndrome called 'Megarexia!'

It can be boring at times, but I guess when you get bored that means it's time to switch to a new activity. The results are very satisfying, and also as medical professionals have been telling us very years, exercising actually makes you FEEL better.

Run until your legs burn; Feel every muscle strain; Turn up your MP3 player and block out everything else. I guess it's something about pushing oneself to go farther that just feels good.

Yes, satisfying. I ran for half an hour this morning and feel less guilty. I hadn't worked out since last Sunday.

Just cannot get into this although I appreciate others who do. I once went religiously to a gym for about 15 months...didn't lose a pound.

As with athletics I assume it has something to do with endorphins. I don't look forward to getting up early to do it but I always feel good after chopping wood for an hour or so. Energized somehow.
