Does she have legal experience, yes. How many other americans were more qualified than she is? Hundreds if not thousands.

She has a large amount of legal experience, but there are a ton of lawyers who can claim to have similar experience.

It appears to be considerable. Ms. Miers is an accomplished attorney in private practice.
