In some cases a crony IS a good choice. That she was a friend of W is hardly a good reason to oppose nor support.

I don't think cronyism is something that anybody ever put on a resume. I don't look at it as either a positive or a negative quality, so I don't necessarily think it hurts her, but how could it possibly help her?
