I'm not all bothered by not seeing tomes of decisions and writings. Not seeing any at all devotes to constitutional law issues is a bother.

The personal letters have been nauseating. I don't know if they reflect either way upon her ability to interpret the Federal Constitution, but they do reveal that she is a nasal sphinkternaut. Those notes that were printed in the papers have tested the fortitude of my stomach. Being an ass smoocher, however, does not mean one is necessarily unfit for our nation's highest bench.
