A shame to see so much hate for this man. Granted he ain't perfect, but number 2 on the list? Our own (mostly) American people rated him more stupid then Hugo Chavez? Give him a break all ready. Only in America.
Now go ahead and add ur " funny" ratings lol. I know some of u will.

I'd list the reasons, but dubya-tards hate reason and logic the way that O.J. hated that one restaurant employee. . .

My first instinct when hearing Bush speak is that he is quite the moron, but to get elected as US President twice would surely mean he is fairly smart. But then again, the doubters will claim he only got into office because of his father. But to only lose the House of Reps after 6 years to the Demoprats is quite an achievement. I'm pretty sure he's not as dumb as he seems, and it's merely his strong Texas accent which has let him down.

The guy can't even string 2 intelligible sentences together. You can't tell me he's REALLY running the country, he's taking his "orders" from somewhere else and spicing them up with his own particular brand of dimwittedness.

Its hard to defend this guy after all thats been exposed. He has people around him that help.at least we have that to be thankful for. Stupid? Possibly. Huge propaganda machine. Absolutely!

I am sorry, but I would really like my own leader (to say nothing of the "leader of the free world") to be the smartest man (in all respects) possible. Mediocrity is not what we signed up for.

Even if you like him you have to admit the man is seriously lacking in the I.Q. department. In fact, even if he had not bent the truth to send us into a quagmire in Iraq, and even if he did not have such an abysmal record on environmental and civil rights issues,he would STILL be an embarassment to our country just by his idiotic utterances alone.

I'm not crazy about a list like this because the list-maker interjects his bias in the listings and his comments. And to put Bush on it twice out of 15 items is pretty sloppy. This will be my only post on this list as I anticipate it won't last long. Lists should encourage ratings from both (if not all) sides or they're just another series of partisan rants. Not that I'm against partisan rants, only when just one side is represented. Has he done some stupid things in my estimation? Sure, who hasn't. But a guy with a degree from Yale (including higher grades than Al Gore, by the way) and an MBA from Harvard probably wouldn't be able to fake his way all the way through BOTH programs. Now if you made a list of all the dumb things GWB has done and which is the dumbest, I might participate. But this list is useless.

Not the brightest, but lets not get carried away, people.
