Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food chain restaurant ever! I love the barbecue sauce. The service is great, the people are MORE than friendly, almost over friendly and are reasonable. The chicken is so good and the fries top it off. I LOvE CHICK-FIL-A!

I usually never eat fast food. I am from the north east and had never heard of Chick Fil A until I came down to Maryland for the summer. I went with my friend today and I was completely surprised. The menu was pleasantly simple and the prices were very reasonable. The woman that helped me behind the counter was unbelievably nice (and spoke english, which was a bonus from what I am used to at other fast food joints). She helped me out because I had never been there before. The food came in literally about 20 seconds. As we ate, a woman came around and brought us complementary mints and asked if we would like a refill on our drinks. When we were done, she came back to take our trays for us. I was in complete awe. I am sold for life!

Their quality seems to be second to none in the fast food category at a couple dozen different places I've sampled over several years. Aside from the cole slaw which seems to vary a little, it is comfortably predictable and tasty. The grilled chicken also provides a nice alternative to the fried fare. A+.

The past three times that I have eaten here (trying different things each time) I have gotten so sick from the menu. I have puked and had horrible diaherria. I don't recommend :(

Okay -- We can't afford to eat here as much as we would like being a family of 2 adults and 5 small children. I do like to whenever we can for the healthier choices (fruit cups, grilled sandwiches, etc.) Tonight was one of the rare occasions that we did have Chick-Fil-A and I have to say that I was SHOCKED and SURPRISED by the customer service. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Upon getting home (20 mins from the restaurant) I found that we were short one of the large fruit cups. I called the restaurant to let them know I would be coming back and they asked if I would like them to deliver it. Deliver it?!? I thought the guy was being a smart @$$! (I know that CFA in some areas of the country, but this not available in my area.) Not only did they deliver it to my house free of charge they gave me several coupons for free chicken sandwiches. That's my idea of GREAT customer service.

I am the pickiest chicken eater ever (not off the bone, no veins, no fat). Their chicken is the best white meat chicken. It is so tender. They also have DELICIOUS waffle fries! I pretty much always get the chicken nugget meal with bbq sauce, buttermilk ranch, and polynesian sauce (all 3 are bomb on the nuggets & fries!)

For all of you who have never been to chick-fil-a why are u rating the place... that's like judging a book by its cover, u just shouldn't do it. I personally have worked for chick-fil-a for 3 years and have enjoyed every moment of it my manager has just opened a new free standing unit in frisco texas and the experience is one I will never forget, they appreciate their employees and gave away a year supply of meals to our loyal guests. I presonally have not had one person leave the store with a frown.. to everyone complaining about the sweet tea, TRY SOMETHING ELSE we don't only have tea... complaining about the original sandwhich get bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato whatever u want added.. don't like the fries, have fruit, soup, cole slaw, carrot and raisin salad, or just a salad..we have grilled chicken salads, strip salads, chicken and fruit salads, spicy salads.. even wraps! I could go all day about what chick-fil-a has to offer if you can't tell so if U didn't likeone thing try another I'm sure the customer service is great at all chick-fil-a's.. we may not be burger king but its always our pleasure to serve you.. chick fil-a is full of opportunities I'm getting a scholarship for college because I work their. Possibilities are endless... I'm proud to say I work for CHICK^FILA!

I used to LOVE chick fil a. I eat there at least 3 times a week. At least I used to - last Friday I found a baby roach in my sweet iced tea. I opened the lid to get a refill, and there it was... sitting on the ice cube on the top. Nasty! The manager didn't seem too concerned, which worried me.

Hmm, sodium and preservative pattys on a bun.  Yum!!!  With an overcooked side of fries and a 600 calorie soft drink.  No wonder most Americans are lardass malnourished slobs.

What CROOKS when it comes to using coupons. I had a coupon for a free kids meal that said 4 nuggets OR 2 strips RIGHT ON THE COUPON. They would only give 1 strip. I will never spend ANYTHING there if this is the way they treat people.

I was always afraid to go into one of these. I really don't know why. I suppose because I took one of my ex-wives here for our first anniversary dinner. We never had a second anniversary, and I suppose this gave me a complex.

What an awesome rest. the food is always good the staff iis always professional if it is made of chicken they make it. I love this place my only issue is the price but you get what you pay for there is no dollar menu in this joint.

I have eaten Chick-Fil-A 3 times a week for the past three weeks because it is one of the few convenient places near where I volunteer.  Oddly enough, while I seem to have desensitized to the taste a little bit, I still enjoy the good old number 1 and a side of nuggets.  CFA seems to be especially delicious to children.

The original Chick-Fil-A Sandwich is truly incredible. Everything on the menu is well executed and often imitated. A great place to eat 6 days a week!

I have only ever had them mess up my order once.

From seeing all of the comments here, there are a mix of good and horrible experiences. I work at Chick-fil-A in McAllen, TX. According to surveys, our restraunt, just us at that location, is one of the best in the Rio Grande Valley. I have to say that each restraunt is owned rather than having the company run it. So, that means that each location that you go to WILL BE DIFFERENT. Just for you info. we use 6 cups of sugar for the sweer tea, which is freshly brewed, 7 cups of sugar for a 12 qt. container of lemonade, and the chicken IS NOT PACKAGED AND THROWN IN A MICROWAVE, ITS PREPARED, BREADED, AND FRIED AT THE RESTRAUANT. We use peanut oil because it delivers a faster cook time in pressure cookers compared to vegetable oil. We also strive for a serve time of 1-2 minutes indoors, or a 30 second window time in the drive-thru. Hence the reason for the baggers in the dinning area and in drive-thru. Go to any other place, you might as well bring something to do for the next 10 minutes while you wait for your food. And if you think that we make all of the food ready in the morning, your wrong. The Chick-fil-A breasts take a good 4:30 minutes to cook, the nuggets and the strips take 3 minutes to make. And is put under a warmer for no more than 2 minutes. That's how busy and fast we are at this place. If you think Chick-fil-A is losing money because they are closed on Sundays, just take a look at our restraunt. During lunch (11-3), each hour we gross over $1,500. Every day. During dinner (5-8) we also have $1,000 hours. And Saturday's are packed from 11-10. In one normal business day our owner grosses over $13,000. That about the same or better than some of your good sit-down restrauants as Olive Garden and Red Lobster. I love working for this place, flexible schedules, good pay, good hours, and you work side-by-side with the managers and the owner. So, if you have had a negative experience with Chick-fil-A try going to another one or come to my store.

Chic-fil-A has to be the best fast food around. They are alway clean and very tidy. The landscaping and grounds are always clean outside. The company takes prides in their franchises and it shows. The friendliness of their employees is very respectful. Where can you go and say "Thank you" and they reply "My pleasure". Most fast food restaurants cant wait for you to leave. I drive out of my way just to go to Chick-fil-A. I dont have one complaint against the food or the service. I also respect the fact that they are closed Sundays. Thats the way it should be.

Pretty standard chicken sandwich.  Not much you can do with it,  well, i know there is a million people that will prove me wrong but Chick-Fil-A doesnt have those.  So like I said, standard.  Good though.
