It kind of amazes me how so many of his lines (Oh, Lilly, Lilly, Lilly legs...) and even facial expressions (as Rhett in the classic Burnett sketch) have forever been burned in my memory (and possibly the collective memory of 99% of my generation). And why not since he was responsible for so many now classic bits over the decades. Thanks for the all the laughs to one of the greats. May you rest in peace.
