The best fast food burgers available. I have personally traveled 30 minutes just to try this place and I'd say it was worth it. I will return. Also, why would you review this place if you haven't tried it?

Burgers are great. Take a pass on the new barbeque pork sandwich. The picture shows like three times the meat you actually get, so that is disappointing. But the worst thing is the bun isn't steamed.

What's a White Castle without the steamed bun?

Small sized tasty burgers. Back in the day White Castle was all about quantity. They made up for the small size burger, by only making them like 20 cents each. So you could get like 10 for just 2 bucks. Course Im sure the price has changed since the 70s-80s.

Being from Columbus Ohio we call tem sliders, because these sandwiches literally slide right down, Krystal is a copy cat who sucks, nothin' beats White Castle

There all over the place where i live and when i first went there they were about 27 cents a piece now ther 64 and unless your craving them its just not worth it to go there because your gonna pay one way or the other later on. eating white castles is like getting drunk, you never learn your lesson. there fries are good though, be carefull on ordering a large you might want to pop the trunk for that one.

Those little hamburger make great missles when they dry out.

Unique and wonderful. Little steamed burgers that are absolutely addictive. Not a huge menu but everything is done well.

I'm not sold on White Castle.

Wish they would come out West. Miss them so much. Grew up having them at least once a week. They are the best. You really can't compare them to a regular burger if thats what you are expecting. They are not a regular burger. They are White Castles. And you can only get them at White Castles. Please..please come out west. My entire family and I miss them and love them and would give you our business!

A delicious place to eat. Get 2 white castles,2 cheeseburgers,2 bacon cheeseburgers, and a side of fries. That, my friends is a meal from heaven.

I have only gone to one in Brooklyn several times. It was great for drunken meals past 3am. You wake up stinking like onions though

When I was younger, and used to go regularly to rock concerts at the ol' Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ, we used to stop after the concert at a White Castle in nearby Clifton that seemed to be open all night and patronized by refugees from a Mickey Spillane or Hubert Selby novel. I liked the tiny burgers well enough (then again, I liked McDonald's, Burger King, Boonesfarm Apple Wine, etc. etc.), but not enough to dine there after the Capitol was torn down. Some years ago, after a decade or more of abstaining, I tried another White Castle on a whim. I don't know if their standards have gone down, or mine have gone up, but it was pretty horrible and greasy fare. I won't say I got sick from eating it, but my heretefore cast-iron stomach sure took a beating. Needless to say,  I won't be eating there again anytime in the near future (or perhaps ever). Ironically, I have a younger brother living in Connecticut who LOVES White Castle, and always makes a stop there when he's visiting in NJ. Then again, I guess we all have our enigmatic quirks, or lapses in taste.

I ate in one of these once, about fifteen years ago. I think I'm still storing the burger in my colon.

White Castle makes the best burgers ever and u all know it. The bad part is if u eat to much you and the bathroom will become best friends

Their meat is scary and you should avoid it at all cost!!! However I had to go their not to long ago and I ordered the fish sandwich and fries, and the fish sandwich is a frozen deal just like anywhere else and they have to cook it to order, so if you have to go their order their fish n fries, or anything that they have to fry basically, but avoid their beef (if it is even classified as beef) at all cost, because it will or at least can make you very sick : ( I know first hand and it is not good.

I went here for 'dinner' tonight, if you want to call it that, and right now my skin color is roughly equivalent to an iguana that's been vomited upon and then had olive green paint spilled on it. Absolutely loathsome stuff, I wouldn't feed it to the worst people in history. They don't, to the best of my knowledge have it in New England thank God, but this turdlike monstrosity of a meal, is everywhere- and their death factories are positively rampant in the Midwest.

On a fuzzy night heading home from NYC we stopped at the one in the Bronx off the Bruckner. Had 5 burgers, chicken rings, and fries, and a coke. Great when you are in party mode...but boy you pay the price the next day for eating White Castle...
