Another fun, upbeat, hip sushi place in SF. Located on the same happening corner as Cafe Abir and Fly Bar, Tsunami is worth a look. The sushi is really good - as it is pretty much everywhere in SF - but I guess the reason people go here is for the huge selection of sake. I am a beer drinker, so I can't tell you about the sake, but the folks I was with really enjoyed it. In terms of atmosphere, there's the typical loud music scene, with tables that are really low to the ground, but surprisingly comfortable. I was sort of wondering if Tsunami sushi would buckle and change their name in this ultra pc city, but they have hung in there so far...
