When i have to interrupt my work day for a chiropractic/acupuncture/ massage appointment, there is no place I would go to more! Conveniently located downtown near the Embarcadero, perfect for us financial district and SoMa folks, a quick walk away. Always smiling faces when i come in, whether it is the friendly cute receptionist, or Dr. P (chiro dr.) and Emily (acupuncturist) checking in on how i am doing. Friendly, relaxed and inviting. Emily is great with allergies and joint issues among other things. Dr. P also suggests great simple exercise tips that can help me improve my stance and posture (even at work) and limit my need for care which are great, but i should pay attention to them more as i am a slacker. I think that is an important think to remember about any treatment, you need to be invested too! It certainly makes my investment easier for my health, with great guidance, direction and support that i get from the SF-chiro/acu team.

What I really liked about San Francisco Chiropractic was that they approached my back problem from a whole-body view, not just from a chiropractic standpoint. Dr. Perez made me realize that my back pain was the result of many different health issues, not just one specific body part- and helped me learn how to manage these problems on my own so that going to see him was a last resort. He also has massage therapists on hand and sometimes refers patients to the acupuncturist who shares his office. Having all these resources in one place, combined with having such a knowledgable and dedicated doctor, gives me complete confidence that my health is well taken care of.

If you are looking for a chiropractor who understands what his patients are looking for and gets straight to the problem, this is the place to go! I've been to other chiropractors who try to get you to sign up for lifetime adjustments, but not Dr. Perez. He explained why my shoulder was bothering me, and what was needed to get me out of pain. He put me on a six-visit treatment plan, with a check-up at the end. Turns out it took nine treatments to fix my problem. Finally, a chiropractor who you can trust!
