(They didn't fight in '49;They fought 6 times-I'm guessing this refers to their '51 fight).LaMotta and Robinson fought six times,with Lamotta winning one by decision and Robinson winning 4 by decision and their '51 title fight by TKO.I've seen it and read about it;LaMotta was ahead after 12 rounds-and having severe problems making weight-was stopped in the 13th.He could've been seriously hurt and the fight was called the St.Valentine's day Massacre.
