SLOW turn around time. They have to get your movies back in California before they will mail more. This was about a TEN day turnaround to Indiana. POOR selection. Had to keep over 100 in my queue just so there would be ten movies available.

If you get a broken disc, which I realize may not have been their fault, you have simply lost a rental. They do NOT dispatch another disc until they receive that one back.

I love Sugar DVD, they are reliable, their dvds come to my location on the east coast in 2-3 days, i like them so much i joined their sister company: Gents DVD.

Out of a long list on my rental lineup only two were available. The ones that were available were slow to arrive (>1 week) and, when they did arrive, one was so scratched it wouldn't play.

I have been a member for almost a year. While yes they are a bit slow sometimes receiving returned videos to credit your account, the customer service can not be beat. They are always friendly and want to keep customers happy. Give them and chance and see for yourself.

from their locale, but the rentals take 1 week to reach us. I suspect they are either really understaffed, delay shipments to slow rental rates, or just don't care.

Service for the first 2 months was good, but after that they rate of shipments and deliveries goes waaaaay down.

Extremely small selection and availability.

BEWARE! A year ago I would have rated them five stars. No problems, they even credited me a dvd that I returned a year later. So last month I re-signed up with them. After a month of satisfactory service even with a throttled queue they *really* started screwing up. Shipments that normally took 2-3 days began taking 2-3 weeks. I understand things are tough on the economy right now but shafting your customers over aint going to turn things around for you. Final analysis? Shy away from sugardvd and probably ALL rental services like this until they can start managing back in the black with higher volume on their mininal profit margins. i.e.: until the economy improves.

Nothing but good things to say. Not NetFlix speeds as far as shipping goes, but faster than the other 2 services I tried. The deal maker for me was the navigability and clarity of their website. Not sure about the bill-after-canceled claims made below - I've been a member on and off for... 3? maybe 4? years now? And have canceled and rejoined several times. (I move back and forth between California and Nebraska a lot. They serve me from Texas now when I'm out there.) I imagine if they don't get movies back from you after you cancel there's probably consequences though. Again, great feelings about them.

They have multiple shipping centers and are the best place to rent adult DVDs online. They also offer video-on-demand services now. They are better than Blockbuster at getting movies turned around fast.

Great site, they don't charge for videos you return, that other blog is a liar.

Good service, reasonably fast shipping. Selection is average, as is the price. There are better services (XrentDVD, possibly AdultDVDEmpire) but good compared to most of the other adult services we've tried.

I've been using SugarDVD for about 2 months without a problem. They have a good selection and ship from multiple sites. There aren't that many services that have shipping available on the east coast. They also have a 1 DVD for about $10 deal. Now that I know more about their services, I'll be switching my membership to 2 DVD's at a time.

Just joined the service a couple of days ago. For my first rental service i am very pleased so far.I do not plan to cancel so extra charging will not be an issue. As for the selection it is second to none. I like the busty ebony variety and they have plenty. Most if not all movies i want i cant find at other sites(i.e. wantedlist.com) Hope to be a customer for a long time.

I was a customer for 1 month that was enought for me. 6 out of the ten times the movies aren't in stock. Customers service sucked. They WILL charge you credit card - EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE VIDEOS ON TIME AFTER CANCELLATION. I LOVE ADULT MOVIES AND WISH THEM TO THRIVE, However, I honestly cannot recommend SugarDVD to anyone...

This is a pretty good rental service. They ship the DVD quickly, even on Saturday. The price is also reasonable. My only complaint is their selection is not as wide as a couple of other rental services I have tried.

Good selections and customer service. I've tried other online rental companies and if you have a problem it would take them a week to get back to you. With Sugar they also mail new ones out as soon as they get the old ones back.

Great selection, plenty of titles, but very slow shipping. I am currently shopping around for a service that can get my DVD's to me in less than a 9 day turnaround time. And hell, I live in Oregon and they're shipping to me from California! Imagine if I was somewhere else? Great customer service, but that just doesn't cut it.

poor descriptions of content; extremely poor selection of VOD's...and they are nearly impossible to download! I have been disappointed 9 times out of 10 with both rentals and VOD's.
