What a inspiration,Freddie King, I'll never forget the 'goose bumps' I got when I listen for the first time as a young guitarists. He deserves a spot in the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame.

Undoubtedly should be in the Hall of Fame based on the fact that Clapton stole half his licks from this man. Should also be in based on the incredible tone he achieved with his finger-pickin' style. Plus, he's featured in one of the best band biographies of rock, American Band.

You Can't get Clapton, without Freddie King. One of the greatest guitarists and singers. and closure to the rock of the day than any of his contemporaries.

King's fantastic, and when it comes time to vote for blues legends I'll vote for him as well. Till then let's vote for rock and rollers like DEEP PURPLE.
