Most of them have closed in my part of the country. The donuts were pretty good and the coffee when fresh was very good.

Good donuts, but a bitchy woman works the one near me. I avoid it to avoid her.

Most any place that has a million franchises will suck. they have too much overhead and other expenses so the product will invariably suffer. Dunkin Donuts is the Subway of cofee houses and thats not a good thing.

Are there any of these left? I havn't seen one in years...

When I want donuts this is the first place I go.

I dunno, for awhile I was convinced that Krispy Kreme was better hands down, but they have alot of good stuff at Dunkin Donuts. I particularly like the creme filled stuff and I was raised on those little donut hole things. Munchkins, I think they call them...

Cake donut garbage. Keep this mess up in Yankee land where it belongs!

O Dunkin' Donuts let's see
It is not very clean I think we can all see the flies and the bug zappers that are made too look like lights near the sandwitch station.
The eggs are like egg patties yummm! I don't think so
Well now that the microwaves are gone the sanwitches do taste a little better
Their Lattes/Cappacinos are not very good.
The Donuts are not fresh except for when the new shipments come in
Their coffee is ok
The tea Iced or Hot is generally pretty good.
Colatta/ and "smoothies" are extremely fake
The bagels are good and they have a wide variety of spreads
The muffins aren't very good
They say the croissants are fresh when they really have been left out for 2-3 days
People are friendly if you are friendly to them (they have an annoying job)

An even 3 sounds fair

Dunkin' Donuts sucks most of the time the coffee carafes have been left on for way longer than 18 minutes they can't be too happy (working the drive thru? not heaven...and on top of that it is funny to see the annoying bitches order coffee and think they are just the greatest. But then they get decaf, it is so funny that people don't relieze they could easily swith the type of coffee from decaf to caf or vice versa. They have a thankless job and people should act a little more nicely or else things will end up how they always are or worse but since I don't really like anything at Dunkin I will give a 3

I couldn't believe how awful the service was and how terribly high some of the prices were, they were not helpful at all nor were they friendly, so not worth my dime!

I don't drink coffee, so can't comment on that. Absolutely though, the most overrated dognuts made and most of the shops should be condemmed by the board of health or EPA. Currently, there are appoximately 325,894,510 locations in Massachusetts alone with a billion or so to be added nationwide by the end of this week.

Gets 2 stars only because if you absolutely need a nicotine fix you're about 2 minutes away from one, anywhere in the world and they're not nearly as pretentious Starsucks' Coffee.

Great coffee, good donuts. I don't care much for ham, bacon, and egg breakfast sandwiches and things of that ilk though. 3.5

Absolutely the best cofee in the world. Puts Starbucks to shame. That's about where it stops though. Back in the day they had good doughnuts but have been going down hill since the early 90s. The service has declined considerably too.

You cant be a proper Masshole without a Red Sox cap, Patriots sticker on your green Honda, and a daily trip to Dunkin Donuts. Coffee is the best reason to go. Kind of a staple of a New Enlgand fast food experience.

Their new "America runs no Dunkin" ads are hilarious. The one with the mom carting her kids around to their various activities - swimming, soccer, oboe, karateeeeee!!! - kills me.

about a 3.5. I only go there when I get a coupon in the paper. the doughnuts are pretty good and they have tons of flavors. you can also get bagels. the service is so so really a luck of the draw of who is there. I have had some very cordial nice cashiers. and others who have a rotten attitude and glare instead of smile. the one we go to is also a gas station. so there is usually a line of waiting.

Dunkin Donuts boggles my mind. It's smashing colors of orange and pink, 20-minute maximimum seating in an environment not condusive to seating anyway, and service that is many times sub par, has continued to addict customers including myself. I am utterly bummed out that there are none on the west coast. Donuts are good and the coffee - you ask for cream and sugar and it's one of the only places that put the stuff in for you - is incredibly sweet in it's own different way. I think it's just kind of refreshing that a cheesy place like Dunkin Donuts can still thrive in the face of others like Starbucks and Pete's.

I love their donuts and bagel and cream cheese. The problem is, there is about 5 within a 2 mile radius of where I live. and there was a new DD shop right across the block. ENOUGH ALREADY WITH THE SHOPS! Not to mention, they are affilliated with the Boston Red Sox and NE Patriots (DD is based in MA), two teams I hate and despise.

Attention Dunkin' Donuts, since you are a donut store you might want to get some...I dunno some FRESH donuts. Dunkin' Donuts have some of the hardest donuts that I have ever tasted. It's like chewing through boots! Hell, I can get some sprinkles and frosting and put them on my shoes at home dudes! It taste about the same. Hated it!!

The only reason I do not give DD 5 stars is because once I got an awful cup of coffee.Other than that,no complaints....try their apple donut and also try the coconut donut family as well.I like all their odd flavors of coffee.

What negatives can you say about DD? Their donuts are legendary, and they offer Baskin Robbins ice cream, which is phenomenal tasting stuff for mass produced ice cream. And most importantly, DD's coffee is FANTASTIC! It actually is smoother and better tasting than expensive places like Starbuck's or Caribou Coffee. Whatever coffee DD executives use in all their stores, PLEASE DON'T CHANGE! Long live Dunkin' Donuts!!!

As far as donuts go, they are pretty much average. But their coffee is really good.

Where to begin....dirty stores, never get an order correct, and long lines. I watched a panel truck pull up to a dunkin donuts and unloaded crates of donuts. What happened to the guy waking up in the morning saying "time to make the donuts." What warehouse makes these. Yuck. I also love how the employees wear "sanitary" gloves and take your money while wearing them.

They NEVER get an order right from the drive-thru, the Egg Sandwiches are cold.

Way too overpriced for what you get. Look at how much one of their Coolattas costs! That's just insane. I'm not much of a donut eater (maybe once/twice a year, if that) but DD donuts are not as great as they say. After trying Krispy Kreme (of which there are only 2 in CT, compared to what seems like 100's of DD stores; 5 in my town of 60,000 people alone), I have realized that DD donuts simply do not compare. I've only had KK Original Glazed twice and each time they come out ahead of DD. Warmer, more flavorful, and best of all, NOT STALE like Dunkin Donuts! When KK says Hot Now they are NOT kidding! Plus, their ads are stupid and the company is affilliated with the Boston Red Sox and NE Patriots (DD is based in MA), two teams I hate and despise. Those alone are enough reasons to boycott Dunkin Donuts! The only reason I go there is to buy coffee beans for my sister, who lives in Utah, where she says there are no DDs. I don't drink coffee myself, so I can't comment on that, but as for the rest of DD, I'll pass. To top it all off, I have never seen a cop at Dunkin Donuts either, so the donuts must not be that great, LOL.

The chocolate creme filled doughnuts are godly.

I THINK ITS HORRIBLE THAT THEY STOPPED TIPS IN SOME DUNKIN DONUTS SOME OF THESE GIRLS WORK HARD NOT JUST POUR COFFEE I ALSO THINK THERE STUFF SUCKS THEY NOW MAKE THE COFFEE WEAKER CAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP AND THERE DONUTS ARE OLD AND 90% OF THE D&DS HAVE BUGS ALL OVER THE FOOD AND THE GREEK GUY THAT OWNS MOST OF THE D&DS IN MASS SUCKS

Donuts are average, would be rated higher if they were actually made on site rather than shipped by truck. Dough is always a little crispy and dry which is probably a sign of staleness. Service is mediocre. The employees are nothing special and a little hard to understand sometimes and don't go out of their way to be friendly where I live. That's no reason to refrain from visiting one of these joints though, donuts are usually fresher in the morning and the coffee sets the bar for fast food java. Try the iced coffee for an additional kick.

Like their convenience, their donuts and usually clean. Very dissapointed when they changed their policy and don't brew french vanilla coffee and instead use flavor shots, what a cop out!!

dunkin' Donuts is amazing! My favorite kind of donuts are chocolate kreme, boston kreme, bavarian kreme and glazed and chocolate glazed. the mini ones are great too. I think they're as good as Krispy Kreme. want some donuts? go to dunkin' donuts

There are at least 12 Dunkin Donuts in a 3 mile radius of where I live and they all suck. Screw Dunkin Donuts!

I don't know, somewhere along the line, dunkin donuts has lost it.

The coffee sucks at Dunkin Donuts(maybe living in Seattle has persuaded me to that and NO not Starbucks but good local joints) and it is completely beyond me why Dunkies are spreading like the plague in the New England states. They are everywhere you look around there.

Best coffee I have tasted, exception is the Italian coffee's. I mean seriously the coffee is excellent and the donuts are very good, especially the cake ones. The variety is excellent.

One time I heard that a British man came to America. This man proclaimed something amazing. DUNKIN DONUTS hath the FINEST TEA in all the QUEEN'S colonies. I believed this man, so I give five stars.

Excellent coffee, the donuts seem to have deteriorated since they were taken over, bought three recently and they were downright nasty. 1 for the donuts / 5 for the coffee!!!!!.

Yes are run al qeuda lol some of the donuts are good if your a cop but the bread is dry.

Lance is quite correct. Stick to the coffee and donuts and you can't go far wrong. Eat anything else and it's Pass the Maalox time.

I love D&D's coffee. Their donuts have gotten better over the years but their bagels and sandwiches suck. Still being basically coffee and donuts they do it well.

Great Donuts and coffee, and if you hit a Dunkin Donuts in the bigger cities like Chicago, New York this place is even better, with huge breakfast sandwiches that taste rather good.

The best, fresh donuts and coffee out of ALL the donut shops. Love this place. Always smells yummy, and the people are fun and nice too. I recommend it to everyone. :)

What the heck is all the rave about Krispy Kreme? Dunkin Donuts has always been the best! Great coffee, and their donuts are not greasy, always taste fresh and all their other stuff is great too! Munchkins are awesome for the car ride! Living on the West coast now, can't find a Dunkin Donuts anywhere, but always visit when I am back East! Best!!

Dunkin Donuts makes a bad morning better. They are sooo good and they have some many choices. And whenever I'm not in the mood for donuts I can have a breakfast sandwich or a bagel etc. And for people who think Krispy Kreme is better than DD, WAKE UP. Dunkin Donuts kicks Krispy Kremes ass. DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!!

Great selection of donuts and they are delicious. Too bad they aren't good for us.

Overweight people and cops love this chain, for good reason. Donuts are about the worst food to eat on an ongoing basis, hence, the significant number of loads sitting around munching on these things and contributing to the spiralling health costs/medical insurance rates in the U.S. As donuts are considered a Basic Food Group by the Oinkers in Blue, Dunkin' is a virtual shrine wherever Unparticular Swine Congregate. Usually the coffee is pretty good at these places, but no better than what you get at the diner. Three stars for convenience, if you're really dying of hunger at 6 a.m.

This stuff is so horrible, not fresh or anything. These doughnuts aren't warm when you get them like Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme can kick DD's butt anyday. Everyone says how fattening KK is! WELL, DON'T THEY REALIZE YOU GET FAT FROM DUNKIN' DONUTS, TOO? KRISPY KREME! KRISPY KREME! KRISPY KREME!

Way better than Krispy Kreme. Krispy is all right but Dunkin' is way better as far as donuts go.

I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM! There is something so wonderful about biting into a Dunkin Donut. I can't even explain it. Even if the line is long, it's worth the wait, and when I don't want donuts, they have sandwiches, muffins, bagels, and coolattas for me to eat. Hands down the best doughnuts in the world.
