Bloodletting (1996) 1

This one is so bad that even Joe Bob is lukewarm on the subject. It seems that boy meets girl and then they go on a killing spree. She is a student of serial killing so she seeks out the most famous serial killer still at large. It is a match made in, well you know. It has some howler lines in it and really stupid acting. IMDB.com states that it was banned in Norway.
