19th century guy with Detroit ( not the Tigers, the old N.L. team of the 1880's) and the Phillies. A big guy for the era (6"2) and an early power hitter who formed part of an outfield with 3 HOF players in Philly with Billy Hamilton and Ed Delahanty, that may be the greatest ever if one looks at it from the point of having a great player at EACH position, and disregards the fact that baseball back then wasn't of the quality it would later be due to too many factors to list here without taking forever.
