19th century Cincinatti player who had a decent bat, but more impressive as a fielder, he's considered by most experts of that era as a great, great fielder, in the context of the time, as he began when players didn't even use gloves. Also managed some, and was inducted to the Hall about 5 or 6 years ago. Obscure to most fans today, but very solid.
