If you are going to try to work a one-a-day deal to ease your schedule, I recommend you visit a doctor first. With new companies that offer customized supplements with prescriptions (VitalRemedyMD, for one), we have learned the "jam-packing" nutrients is often inefficient. One-a-Day, Centrum, whatever--they all only go half-way.

My mother visited a water treatment plant and was shown a pile of one-a-day multivitamins that were not absorbed in the body and ended up in sewage.

Possibly better than nothing, but real Vitamin Gurus will tell you that a)It's WAY better to get vitamins,MInerals and co-enzymes from good balanced eating. b)If you are taking supplements, some of them do not mix well,so multi-vitamins may cancel some of the ingrediants out or prevent effective assimilation of all ingrediants. c)Most "one a day" formulas are not made from Natural Food Sources, but are laboratory made vitamins, which are inferior to what Nature Makes.
