Salvatore is one of the best at capturing the emotions of a character and develop the character to where the reader should know how the character thinks and acts before they even read it. Epic battle scenes and political dialogues are also a few of Salvatore's strong points.

the creator of Drizzt Do'Urden. very good books! i never missed to read every single book!

All of his books that I have read I thought were amazing. I remember when I was about 15 I read my first adult book(that wasnt a young adult book) and it was one of his older books, I thought it was amazing. It made me get out of my yound adult stage pretty quick!

R.A. Salvatore can blend polt, description and action. He has a unique gift. Where as J.R.R. Tolkein could describe settings so well that you can feel the stones under your feet R.A.S can do that and give you a well coureagraphed fight.
