03/29/2006 | Paradoxically, many Jerry Springer guests feel their status in life is improved by being featured on this show. And they will gladly play up their trashy side for the feeling that they have moved "up" in status.
Their philosophy is "As long as I'm living in Low Class city, I might as well be the mayor." Yet all socioeconomic classes are laughing at them, instead of with them.

Or you realize that your husband is pulling an Ed Wood (likes to wear women's lingerie).

11/06/2005 | Based on what I've seen concerning the contestants on this show my thoughts are...
1. There is a secret agency somewhere in NYC that specializes in character actors who pose as guests and make the rounds of all talk shows, reality shows, and infomercials. The younger females do Girls Gone Wild tapes on the side.
OR...
2. Jerry and all the above mentioned suppliers of trash "entertainment" are hiring the mentally and emotionally handicapped. If this is it, they're probably even getting some kind of tax deduction.
Nothing against people with problems like this - it's just that, low class doesn't even begin to describe this twisted perversion of a TV show. There has GOT to be more to it.

11/05/2005 | Anyone who appears on this show has no class and has no problem with flaunting their soiled linen before the masses. When I was working out at my gym one day,Springer was on, and two women were featured, barefoot, taking swings at each other. No class!

11/04/2005 | Actually, I think it is an insult even to trailer park trash to put them in the same category as the Jerry Springer show. Like Molfan, I have watched only one segment of one show, and that was enough to convince me that it was a complete waste of time. Beats me as to how they can evewn get anyone to sponsor this type of garbage.

11/04/2005 | trailer park trash fits almost all the people who go on this show. i think most of the stories are made up or exaggerated but that makes you an even bigger idiot if you would go and pretend to be a scumbag and a loser. i can't believe it is still on the air. what a waste of air time.
