So far, Survivor has been shot out of the U.S. It should be featured in nasty U.S. locations such as ...

Personally, I would be interested in seeing this, but it sounds more like something that would play on the Discovery Channel. Looking at it realistically, one of the reasons Survivor is a hit show on network TV is because the attractive people wearing skimpy clothes, the water challenges (these two are somewhat related), and some of the scenic shots. How many people are going to tune in to see Amber Brkich or Jenna Morasca run around in a swimsuit? How many are going to tune in to see them bundled up in a parka?

It's an interesting idea, and might be worth a try for a challenge or an episode, but I think they would lose too much trying to get an entire season out of this.

This kind of goes along with the cold climate thing...put them on a mountain in Washington or Colorado, even in the summer.

The American people want to claim this is their show and do not allow any other country residents but their own to participate... yet they have not held a Survivor in the United States.  Survivor Alaska would be a great location and a challenge.

I would like a new program called Rattlesnake Butte Survivor with the contestants wearing cutoffs and moccasins. We must hold it in the butte country of Wyoming or the Dakotas!

We could import a few really big Timber Rattlers to spice up the action.

Send these pansies to Mountain Warfare Training with the Marines. I sucked at it. Man is not meant to ski with 150 lbs. of gear.

I'm sure that there are tough terrains here in the U.S.
