Gary Waters went from Kent State to Rutgers. He's a good coach who took Rutgers to the NIT Final Four last year. He's got a great job with a sleeping giant of a program in Rutgers. Problem is Big East Basketball is very tough. He'll be a solid Rutgers coach who will win a few games people wont expect him to. He really needs to snare some of the great talent in New Jersey to take the prorgam to another level.
