I would not even dignify it by calling it an opinion, it is at best unoriginal parroting and at worst plain old prejudice.
Actually, the very fact that you may find yourself forming an opinion, positive or negative, about a book you have not read should probably be some incentive to go out and read it, to substantiate your feelings on the book, or else just be quiet on the topic.
I believe this to be true of any book. And my opinion on the book in question does not exist as I have never read it or even heard of it.
Kudos to the listmaker for adding some balance to the list.
