It's a shame that someone with the talents that Ricky Williams has fell under the pressure of drugs. He left for a combination of reasons, the big one in my view being that he felt that he simply wasn't performing well with the rest of the Dolphins team, which is lacking in a lot of focus right now. The drug issue no doubt was the second reason in pushing him over the edge.

He has openly admitted that failing the NFL drug test for a THIRD time had alot to do with his decision to leave the NFL.He should have been suspended long before he had the chance to retire!Sports teams are way too soft on sports stars with drug habits.
