People in the northeast drive two cars when they can afford it: the Lexus (insert other favorite brand if you prefer) and the rustbucket they drive when the road crews are out throwing salt about. And I've seen funky bumper stickers on all manner of vehicles, not just rusty ones. Depends on your social views more then anything as to what you advertize on your car.

11/19/2005 | Aw, come on . . . for some cars, it's the only things holding it together!
Besides, for my first car, it was an easy way to mark the car so that I'd be able to find it easier in a parking lot. It wasn't rusted out, but still, bumper stickers are a great way to ID your car.

11/05/2005 | I had a 94 Ford Tempo back in college and I ripped a "Will Not Accept Canadian Coins" sticker off a vending machine and put in on the trunk, right above the key hole. Also equipped with a Ghostbusters window sticker. Man I picked up some babes with that getup.
