The 2 radio staples "End of the Line" and "Handle with Care" were good tunes, especially for that late 80's era of hair metal and Paula Abdul. The Jeff Lynne song was particularly awful, though his peak was so long ago with bands 98% of American rock fans have never even heard of( The Idle Race and The Move)- it even predates the recording career of the band that he's best known for, ELO. Petty and Harrison's tunes aren't very impressive either. Kinda odd though for Lynne that a lot of people had no clue as to who he was when ELO had about 13,092 hits in the 70's and early 80's. The Dylan tune "Congratulations" was simple but pretty decent, though his song" Tweeter and the Monkeyman" some felt was a jab at Springsteen, or a mockery of Springsteen's style. Most of the rest of this is dross, though it was nice to see Roy Orbison back in the limelight, this album came out right before he died. About a 2.5 star album.
