Led us through a depression and the most destructive war in history. Knocking a point off for some wartime decisions, however, I don't know that any president can win a war and come out looking like a saint.

Going after this jackass for poor morality is like liking Angelina Jolie because she can sing.Actually,ethics were not atrocious...other than the spying on political opponents,packing the court.Not too different from any other politician here.

He was quite a moral man when it came to helping those suffering from the Great Depression. His belief in having the federal government to become activist is a great reason why he deserves the title of moral authority. The government must continue its activism as the population increases.
