11/15/2005 | RIA provides an adequate forum for the exchange of ideas so that even unpopular proposals can be discussed openly without rancor or mistrust for a better understanding of different points on view about diverse matters.
Do any RIA contributors believe that free discussion is dangerous and do most concur that the danger lies in unduly impeding others from participating and sharing in open and honest debate?
