03/25/2008 | Is Victoria still the Queen? Can you even buy a chastity belt any more? Blame the government, poor parenting, Britney Spears and Betty Boop but when I was a teenager I seem to recall I figured out how to be horny all by myself. And kids aren't going to Hell in a handbasket any quicker today than they were two generations ago. My mom had three brothers who all "had to get married" because of the scourge of teenage sexuality! And all of the three randy little bastards survived into their 70's and none of them murdered anyone.

05/01/2006 | Here's a good example of nature conflicting with culture.
It's scary to think about, but biologically, a girl's body is ready to have children as soon as she has her period (which is why some cultures marry off girls 12 years old or younger to start having kids); emotionally, socially and financially, though, that's a different story (here in America), which makes this a bit of a problem, to say the least.
Telling kids "don't have sex" isn't enough; drilling into them WHY they should wait may not be enough, either, but I think it's a better idea to give them all the information they need on the subject.

04/30/2006 | STD's, unwanted pregnancy, over-crowding in orphanages and foster homes...Teenage sexuality attributes/includes a lot of this. It might only be natural, but I think that the fact that responsibility seems to fly right out the window a lot of the time IS a problem.

02/19/2006 | Teenage sexuality is nothing new.It's natural and normal.What's new is that now we have AIDS,along with the old risks of pregnancy and less deadly STDs.That is why I favor honest sex education.Young people need to know exactly how they can and can not get AIDS.I have seen people die of this disease,and it's a terrible way to go.

Is it speaking about teenage sexuality in regards to teenage sexual activity, or is it speaking about sexuality relating to a teenager's emotional development of self. I would say most people's sense of sexuality, as opposed to gender, begins to develop as teenagers. I think it is helpful for teenagers to learn about their sexuality, because so many people define themselves in some aspect according to their sexuality.
In regards to sexual activity among teenagers, I would think that this tends to be hurtful, especially in the early years. Aside from pleasure, I'm not sure what benefits teenage sexual activity has for people. Most teenagers aren't properly able to handle the emotional and financial responsibilities of sexual activity, are are best suited to wait until their early 20's.
