Both myself and my wife wear g-strings. I wear mine to the beach to bathe in too and tan my butt.  The thing is guys are notmally hairy and that is what looks bad.  I wax the butt and front part totally so it looks a lot better.  They are very comfortable and the thinner the string at the back the better they feel.  Just be confident and remember if you feel sexy other will find you that way too

Wouldn't consider it so much as a fashion statement so much as just underwear. I hate showing panty lines.  I actually feel less self-conscious wearing a thong under close-fit pants than I do wearing regular panties because I know that panty lines draw the eye to that spot.  And, actually, I don't find them uncomfortable.

I like the look, but I like to see them AFTER the clothes come off, not before.

I terms of enhancing the look of a beautifully shaped posterior in a nice fitting skirt or pair of pants, they are a gift from the heavens.  When they ride up over a pair of poor fitting low rise pants then they should be declared a crime.  I have heard women claim they are extremely comfortable and I have heard women complain that they feel like they are sitting on a bicycle seat all day, so clearly fit and form are major considerations.  Overall, they have the potential to make an outfit something great.

I think they can be kinda hot, but butt floss ain't for everyone...

The things women will wear in the name of fashion! Especially stripper/ho fashion styles, which for some reason are very popular.

The problem with thong underwear is that it has beoome too widely accepted. It should be limited to petite/thin females under age 30.

These are god-send if you buy a pair of trousers or even a skirt or dress and people can see the lining of your underwear. Just make sure their the right size otherwise you might be whistling the next time you want to wear one.

I was at a casino buffet the other day. I was taking my plate back to the table when I noticed a cute girl with very tight jeans covering plump, wide hips. As I sat down and began to eat my meal, I had to take a peak at this girl from behind as her posterior was facing me as she sat. To my amazement, her super-duper-low jeans did nothing to conceal her white thong. I could literally see the entire undergarment. I don't know if I was appalled or titillated. Mostly the latter; but I did have a hard time eating my tuna filet without imagining it wearing a thong.
