Depends on how "mini" it is and how it's worn. Plus she has to have a killer legs to pull that off.

Thin or not, I simply can't bring myself to wear one. I would feel exactly like I'm not wearing anything. I'm more into longer skirts. Just below the knee is the closest I'll get to a miniskirt. Even then, it's pushing it.

I love mini-skirts they just scream freedom, you've really got to have a good pair of legs to carry these off.

On a woman with the legs for it, this is very appealing. On a woman without said legs, really unappealing.
