You cannot go wrong with a cocktail dress and it makes you feel great. I've seen the most casual of women dress up in a cocktail dress and look absolutely stunning.

This should be a staple of any womans wardrobe. Black and red if you really want to turn heads. Some think the red is a little " hookerish" but I just think its fun and loud.
