Difficult return process - I purchase the product July, returned it because the product did not work as it stated. It's the middle of November and I still haven't received my refund - the company lost my return, eventually found it and still hasn't sent my refund.

I am a swimmer and use the sea source detox body wash and the 24h lotion. Let me tell you, nothing EVER gets the chlorine smell out, and anything that comes close is really harsh on skin that spends wayyyy too much time in chemicals as it is. The body wash gets the chlorine smell out of my body and hair (yes I do use the body wash on my hair and nothing bad has happened so far) The sea source lotion smells yummy and absorbs quickly, I don't feel oily or greasy after using it.

They are a little spendy so I signed up as a "preferred client" It cost like 30 bucks and now I get a 20% discount and I don't have to sell it...I don't even like arbonne parties, where they try to get me to buy other products from the arbonne line...I prefer to buy online lol.

I used their Intelligence line of facial care until they discontinued it. I tried the FC5 stuff and didn't like the results so now I use Boscia.

I have never tried their make up and don't plan to...I love Bare Minerals and Benefit and just Sephora stores in general...if I could find a lotion and body wash there that worked as well as Arbonne I would use those instead (so I wouldn't have to order online and pay Shipping...)

It is very normal to have these when you first start arbonne skin care products, as the moisure, antioxidents, and vitamins are finally getting under your skin. In the past any other products you'lve used have probably had mineral oil and just sit on top of your skin as the molecules in mineral oil are too large to be absorbed..once your skin absorbs the arbonne, it begins to clean out all the debris and detox your skin from underneath...when it does this for the first week or two you WILL have pimples or breakouts as the dermis gets cleaned..then it will stop and your skin will look beautiful.

I am not a consultant, just a consumer and I also have extremely sensitive skin! I have tried everything from SkinCeuticals to Mary Kay and ended up with a mix and match skin care system. The first time I tried Arbonne my friend gave me some samples and I had a horrible reaction. I now believe that is because I tried all the new products at once. Recently my cousin gave me some samples (several years later) and my esthetician recommended that I changed one product at a time over several months. It has taken me a year, but now I am able to use most of the products including the primer (which is my favorite product). I would recommend that you not change all your products at once if you have sensitive skin, it might be to much for your skin to handle. By the way, the price is worth it. I have thrown away so many things that didn't work that I am sure I spent what Arbonne cost 100 times over.

I used to use the Skinceuticals line (owned by the company L'Oreal)... It is clinically proven skincare system which i purchased at cost from my friend who is a Medical Doctor and owned a skincare clinic. I know that Skinceuticals are clinically proven to produce the results they claim on their bottle, which is why she sold them and used them in her clinic. But they are very expensive and personally i like the feel of Arbonne better. But I dont know if they produce the same result. i would reccomend either line as neither have parabens, (known to mimic the effects of estrogen in the body) and both are created by pharmaceutical chemists. (Aveda's chemist just went to Arbonne, by the way)...

When you buy any full line it may seem like a large amount of money, but if you spend say, $300, and that set lasts you 4-6 months, that's really only paying $50-$75 a month. Most Americans weather they realize it or not spend lots of money on face creams, washes, etc... Trade in your numerous, slightly cheaper, and inferior products for a line that uses science or naturals to nourish your skin, weather it be Skinceuticles, Arbonne or jane irdale.

One person on this thread commented that her dermatologist recommended she use her normal Olay regenerist. Olay products are notorious for using mineral oils and Petrolatum, an inexpensive oil that can clog pores and interferes with advanced delivery systems used in the superior (more pricey) products. Some people can use them without any problems but in the end it is really about how much you want to spend and what feels good on your skin and uses the least toxic chemicals to your body

I am 32 yrs old and have been using NutriMin C for about 2 months now, boy have I seen huge improvement already.... At first I was hesitant to use the product because it mainly says anti-aging, and I said I wasn't that old yet... but dang I look like 18 yrs old after just 2 mo of using... Wowowee!!!! I have been using the NutriminC RE9 line since June and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. My brown spots have faded and my pore size has decreased. I have tried many different skincare lines ranging from high-end department store to over the counter like Oil of Olay. I have found out Oil of Olay as well as many of the expensive lines contain mineral oil. Arbonne products contain no mineral oil. Mineral oil is the second leading cause of aging, the sun being #1. It is like putting saran wrap on your skin. It traps all the toxins inside and doesn't allow the benefitial ingredients to be absorbed by the skin. This is easily demonstrated: buy a bottle of mineral oil at the drugstore along with a box of graham crackers. Put one cracker in a cup of mineral oil and one cracker in a cup of water. The one in the water becomes completely absorbed with water; the one in the mineral oil becomes hard as rock. What does that tell you? This could be another reason why new users of the RE9 break out - the toxins are finally being released to the surface of their skin.

I started using the NutriMinC line less than a week ago and yesterday I had to stop using it. I usually have pretty smooth skin and after using the product for only a few days my skin had breakouts everywhere all over my face. It was itching and burning after using it. It got so bad that I decided to go to a dermatologist in hopes they could help me identify the problem and help get my skin back to normal. They told me it was a reaction to Vitamin C (which is the main ingredient) and that it is a common reaction in many people. So before you buy this product, try samples first! I spent $200+ and now will never use it again. If this happens to anyone else, the dermatologist gave me cortizone cream and she said all the breakouts should subside within 48 hours.

I am 53 (almost) and started using Arbonne as a recommendation from a friend who is a consultant and gave me samples. I have had oily skin my whole life and still get the occasional breakout. I am using the Nutrimin C9 and note the following after 3 weeks-skin looks healthy, glows and feels less oily. I have had rosacea/eczema for several years on my forehead and this definitely aggravates it a little bit so I am going to try using it every other day. The vitamin c may be what aggravating that condition. I get compliments on how good my skin looks and will continue this product until I run out. Then I will re-evaluate. I have been a long term retin A user and have had to back off from that product while using this regimen. I don't think their items are over priced-unless you are buying from CVS or Walgreens, they are certainly competitive with department store products. I have been using Arbonne products for 2 years and am a consultant. I am an esthetician and know the ins and outs of the skin. When reading the reviews I was shocked to say the least about the lack of knowledge people have. We as consultants are educators, not sells people. When trying a new product it will take a month to see a change in the skin. If you have been using a product in the past that was not PH balanced then yes your skin will burn because you have already damaged your skins natural mantel barrier. If you continue to use the product for a week, it will go away. Arbonne is the ONLY skin care line that cancer patients can use. Which impresses me more than anything. The price of the products is very comparable to any high named Skin Care company, but with better results. Being in the Skin Care Industry for over 13 years, I know this because I have tried the best of the best. Since using Arbonne in my place of business, my clients have fallen in love with Arbonne and it is taking years off of them.

Does what it says it will do. Great smells (natural), I love it.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I tried this product and was VERY impressed! My sister just got married this past Saturday and here latley my face has stayied so broken out! I work full time and go to school full time so I think a lot of it is just stress. I was so worried my face would be broken out (as usual) for the wedding. I tried a sample packet from my sister who got it from a sales person that gave it to her where she worked. In TWO DAYS my face was COMPLETELY cleared!!!! I've tried pro activ and severe acne treatments and found no luck anywhere! After my sample packet was finished I went back to my pro activ and the breakouts came back! I'm signing up for Arbonne today and If you think about it, this product is not that much more expensive than any other product. If it keeps my skin clear and beautiful ITS WORTH IT!!!!!!!

I love Arbonne products. The NutriMin C RE9 line has been amazing for me and I have my mother (in her 50s) using it and it has made such a huge difference.

A few people commented on having bad reactions to it...that's unfortunate but does happen with every skin care line. For the people who experienced a burning feeling - that should be because of the vitamin C, which is the main anti-aging ingredient. If you can handle the burning it usually subsides after a week or so and your skin looks great. It's just the skin adjusting the level of vitamin C. If not, (some very sensitive skin doesn't do vitamin C) the Intelligence line doesn't contain it and may be a better fit.

Also, do NOT buy the products on ebay. These products are made with as few preservatives as possible and have a shelf life of two years. You don't know how long ebayers have had them whereas you get them in days of 'conception' from your consultant.

The lack of preservatives is the reason for the SPF 8 in the day moisturizer. If you add a higher SPF, you have to add more preservatives which isn't something Arbonne wants to do. Especially given the fact that most make up has SPF in it so you're already doubly protected. I hope I've shed some light on a few things. Happy shopping!

  Arbonne is a multilevel marketing company that sells many products (remember Amway)..

The products are terribly overpriced, as all the levels need to make a profit.  My friend got into the "business", and let me sample the skin care line.  Seven different items that supposedly all work together (who has the time?) for hundreds of dollars! I use Regenerist products from Olay, recommended by my dermatologist, for hundreds less!

To be fair to my friend, I tried the products for a week, and didn't see any difference or improvement over my Regenerist by Olay products.

The packaging is faulty. I have found the pumps to stop working on many of the products and the gold leaf paint on the caps flake off and cover your hands and face with gold specks. The faulty pumps make it difficult to get the product out of the bottles. Arbonne really needs to rework their packaging. The representative told me the packaging was state of the art and allowed the product to be dispensed at an amount that would make the product last for 6 months. The serum ran out very quickly. Some of the products last awhile while others run out in a couple of months.

Also the day cream has an SPF of only 8 which by todays standards is too low. It should have an SPF of 15 at least.

I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin on my face the first month or so but after 6 months my skin has gotten accustomed to the product and I am not that impressed.

The product hasn't kept up with the times. There are new anti-aging ingredients that have been developed which are not in Arbonne.

I am a 24 year old female who has been using the intelligence line for 9 months and love it. My sister sells the stuff and totally has me hooked. I tried the NutrimenC line (the orange one) but it was too much moisture for me (I'll probably graduate to that in a decade or so). Then I tried the acne one and maybe it would have cleared me up but it made my face feel sticky and not clean. BUT the intelligence line has been a dream. I hardly break out anymore (the occasional PMS blemish), and the quality and texture of my skin has greatly improved. Even my boyfriend has noticed how great my skin looks and feels. I actually just moved to dry Colorado from humid north Florida and my skin hasn't had a problem adjusting. I recommend this line to all of my girlfriends this age as early prevention. What a great line for 20-somethings! I also use some other minor stuff (christmas presents, etc.). As for the cost, yes it's a bit pricey, but most good skin care lines are. I feel my body is worth the investment (this coming from a poor grad student). I would like to address all the posters commenting on reactions and say that their experience was terribly unfortunate. I do not really feel a personal allergic reaction is a reflection on the product. People who didn't see results or were unimpressed--that to me is a logical complaint that people considering these products should listen to. I've had reactions to Clean and Clear and Almay face products. I actually can't use Beauty without Cruelty (a natural makeup company)eye products. It's not the product; it's me. Oh and I also don't mind the reps posting about the products. Do you think they're really here to get your business. no. They're just passionate about what their selling which I think is a great quality for a business and its employees to posess.

Am selling Arbonne (mostly to myself LOL). So far I havent used any product that wows me, though it might be because I dont have any wrinkles so the Re9 products are lost on me.

I will openly admit that I just recently signed up as as Arbonne Consultant. THAT IS SIMPLY BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PRODUCT. I have extremely sensitive skin and I am able to use very few product lines. I find it incredibly ignorant that certain reviews I've read are based on someone trying a product, for example on their small child who has eczema and complaining that the child blew up like a balloon. One of the 1st things any new consultant is taught in Arbonne's very extensive training is that the best place to do a skin patch test is on the back and top of your arm and one uses a very small amount of product and places a band-aid over it. As I have such sensitive skin I barely have to test a product to know if I will have an allergic reaction. And yes I have had absolutely extreme reactions to very expensive, high quality products. I care about the way I feel too much to use something without patch testing it. I can't imagine a moderately intelligent adult using so much of a product that they had to use steroids in their eyes to clear it up. And then has the audacity to blame the product.

For the ones that say that the Arbonne resp should be ashamed. Are you out of your minds? They Are not reps they decided to sell it because they loved it, they don't work for the company, the sell the product because they believe in it, because is great for them. The ones that talk like that are just bitter jealous people that like to start controversy,live and let others be!

I bought into this product through a rep at work. She told me it was totally hypoallergenic. It made my skin feel great but there is something it the RE line that made my eyes go insane. Stopped using it but the damage was done and it took 3 weeks of back and forth to the opthamologist and two bottles of steroid drops to fix my eyes. It is definitely not hypo allergenic

I think one thing people should remember is that our faces are all different and will have different reactions to substances, including plants.
I know many people who love magnolias. They're a plant, they're pretty and they small nice. They make me sneeze, develop a migraine, and generally make me feel like I have a bad sinus infection. Aloe, a seemingly "safe" ingredient, causes me to develop red, itchy skin.
Therefore, when having a reaction to a product that is botanically-"based" (not purely botanical - there is a verbage difference), request a list of ingredients and take it to either your pharmacist (schooled in chemicals and substances) or your doctor, and request they investigate which substance is causing your reaction. (My pharmacist informed me that I have a severe allergy to phenylthyazine found in anti-nausea meds and codeine!) It may not be the Arbonne "product" overall causing negative side effects, but rather a natural ingredient in the list.
I, too, am an Arbonne consultant. I'll be honest - I'm cheap so I signed up for the 35% discount. My really, super sensitive skin which is acne-prone, has done well with the products. I didn't have many wrinkles and lines, but it just feels softer and healthier. I used to be a Mary Kay rep and did well (left it to focus on master's degree) and was a customer for over 10 years. I really like MK products, but Arbonne felt better for my own personal skin. Am I making a lot of money? No, but I'm not working it full-time either (love the day job).
My little boy (7 yo) recently began developing pimples on his face (acne is genetic in our family) and I have him using the face wash when he breaks out (just water when he isn't) - his little pimples went away, and he's beginnning to learn the importance of taking care of his skin when it happens.

I had an Arbonne party 2 weeks ago. I got the re9 line and my face is on fire. My lips are sore and swollen they feel like they have been badly wind burnt. My skin is dry flaky and very sore. My face feels like its been burnt with hot coffee. So much for hyperallergenic, I am feeling very robber I was lead to believe from the consultant that it was safe and all natural my butt. I will never use thes eproducts again and if I hear of anyone talking about it I will be sure to tell them my experience with it.

A friend gave me a good number of sample treatments. The package had toner, eye cream, day cream, night cream...other things too..because of the program I quickly got into the routine of taking care of my face for the first time is 61yrs. I was hooked after the 2nd or 3rd week. Being on disability doesn't allow for me to buy on a regular business, and I'm not a salesperson. I can say that my face is much nicer thanks to Arbonne. I'm thinking if it's not to expensive to sign up so I'll get the product for cost..something to check into. My friend moved to Las Vegas and has decided it was to expensive to sell. It is that...but as I mentioned it the first program in 61 yrs that I've stuck to from hydration, toning, eye cream, whatever it's called before the nightcream, my face it much happier..me too! :-)

I use the Re9 Moisturizer & the under eye cream. I'm not a fan of all the products, such as their makeup, but I really love their anti-aging line. I stick with Lancome/Estee Lauder for makeup, but would rather stick with Arbonne as far as moisturizers & lotions go. I haven't tried any of their other products, but am usually open to trying pretty much anything. I, much like the other reviewers, have tried many products, such as Mary Kay, Avon, Estee, etc. I think once you find something that you like, stick with it.

My cousin had a party last week and purchased some face cream. After two days of using the face cream, her face blew up. She ended up in the hospital as well as at two walk-in-clinics trying to get some drug or cream to reduce the swelling. Hypo-allergenic? Yeah right!

My sister bought the Baby Care Body Oil for my son who suffers from eczema from her friend who is a Arbonne consultant. Her friend had tried the product on her children and told my sister it helped with their eczema. Therefore, I tried out the product for a week and my son eczema became worse and spread all over his face and on his scalp. I stopped using it on him.
I recently was given a Arbonne Intelligence Not So Basic Skin Care products to use as a trial basis. Too early to tell...I wonder how it will work for me.

I love the baby line! My 2 year old son has severe exzema and even the prescriptions from his pediatrician weren't clearing it up entirely. I started using just the lotion and he stopped crying about his skin itching and burning within a day. Now I use the entire baby line on him and his skin is perfectly clear and soft. It has really helped him, I will never use anything else on him, I don't care if it's expensive!

I love Arbonne's products. I noticed a real positive difference in my skin just after a few days of use. My only wish is that someone would have shared Arbonne with me sooner. THANK YOU Arbonne for creating a product that really works.

I think Arbonne's RE9 line is terrific, and LOVE the skin conditioning oil. Also like that they are up-front about their ingredients -- listing on the container and/or the box and in their catalogs. Excellent company!!

Arbonne is an amazing product. My husband started using it first and the results were amazing. For the first three weeks my face was red and irritated, but I persisted and oh my, my face is so beautiful and my frown line has nearly disappeared. I beleive the three weeks of redness was the awesome prodcut removing the old nasty stuff. Arbonne is what it says it is, no question in my mind.

Two years ago my sister started selling Arbonne so of course I had to buy the RE9 Regiment. She quit selling it about as soon as she started selling it. That part may be a rip off. However, when I ran out of cleanser I bought Clinique or something real good. My face never felt like it was getting clean. Then, when I went to get a laser peel (I had to do it 3 times) the doctor said that usually it doesn't work very good on clients who are on Arbonne because Arbonne has so much Vitamin C anyway, that there isn't dead skin on our face or something like that. Maybe it wasn't a laser peel. I think it was dermabrasion. I can tell a huge difference. I am hooked on the RE9. I can tell a difference with the cellulilte cream also. My daughter in law loves the baby prodcuts. My husband LOVES the shaving gel. So do my sons. My sister loves the shampoo. All I use is the RE9. I have tried the foundation and mascara and do not like it as well as my Chanel. I've tried to cut down on some of the Arbonne products because of the expense but I always end up going back to it. It's just a huge difference. I did try to buy some products on Ebay. Don't do it. There was a difference between the Ebay product and buying directly from Arbonne. My night cream from the Ebay person seemed like it was 2 years old. I even complained to Ebay about it.

I do not sell Arbonne products and never will. I have used the RE9 line for over a year. My skin has never looked so good. I have stopped wearing foundation!!! I have tried many other products, some much more expensive, all natural, ....... and have never experienced significant changes. I reluctantly tried the line when approached by a friend. What a suprise. I love these products and for the first time in my life, I love my skin.

I have to begin by saying I am a coupon clipping skeptic! So when I was first introduced to the Arbonne products, I thought the consultants were full of you know what! I thought the products were too expensive and I could find the same thing cheaper. I went to a 2nd party and actually TRIED the products...well let's just say I'm hooked! I love the RE9 line, the cellulite scrub, the baby line, and I even have my husband using the men's line! I agree with some of the other reviewers--TRY the products first! Because there are botanicals in the products, some people with really sensitive skin get red, or irritated. I don't think there's one skin care line out there that EVERYONE in the world is going to like. My advice--try it...if you like it, it's totally worth signing up for the discount!
